HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Due to high demand and Covid-19, please allow the following times:

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING #?
We provide a tracking number for every order. Tracking info will be emailed to you once your product is shipped.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order with no penalty before it is shipped. If the item has already shipped, please contact us.

I'VE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you entered your address incorrectly, reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct info. If the address is wrong, we can correct it before shipment (usually within 24 hours).

We want you to love your Wheel Buddy! That's why we have a 30-day full refund policy. 

If you decide it's just not for you, return it for a refund or exchange -- no questions asked. Just contact us with your order number

WHAT IF MY WHEEL BUDDY ARRIVED DAMAGED?
We're sorry to hear about your Wheel Buddy. We would love to help you swap out your damaged product for a fresh new one. It's pretty simple! Follow the steps below:

1) Take photos of the defect.

2) Send the photos to us with your order number.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another Wheel Buddy free of charge.
